The palate is fruity, clean and reveals a crisp, acidic backbone. The effervescence is dynamic and frank. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of crisp green apple, fresh/crisp peach and, more slightly, lychee, combined with touches of juicy pear, fine nuances of sweet yuzu and a discreet hint of quenette and racy minerality. Good length.
