The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain, a fine power, a beautiful delicacy as well as beautiful definition. It reveals notes of blackberry, ripe cassis and small notes of Cuben pepper, fleshy strawberry associated with touches of toasted oak, nutmeg and chocolate. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, fine, elegant, very discreetly tight, aerial, and offers a beautiful definition, delicacy, a fine juiciness, a very fine acid frame (in the background), a beautifully fine grain, precision, a fine suavity, fat as well as a beautiful gourmandise. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy / juicy boysenberry and small notes of fleshy Gariguette strawberry associated with touches of caramelization, tonka bean, toasted touches as well as hints of blueberry, cornflowers , black olives, bay leaves and very discreet hints of sweet spices / Bourbon vanilla. A very fine firmness on the finish / persistence. There is a touch of almost saline minerality on the finish. The finish is beautifully gourmande. Tannins are fine, elegant, structuring and well integrated.
