The nose is fruity, and offers a small freshness. It reveals notes of crystallized lemon, lime and small notes of crystallized yuzu combined with slight touches of fresh pear, candied peach, litchi, a very discreet hint of honey as well as an imperceptible hint of botrytis and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, freshness, a slight juiciness, a beautiful unctuous matter, a beautiful roundness / suavity, precision, a slight acid frame, tension as well as richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, candied mandarin and small notes of candied peach associated with fine touches of candied pear, crushed apple, slight hints of roasted pineapple, honey, marmalade as well as with very discreet hints of spices and an imperceptible hint of vanilla. Good length.
