L’Infini de Château de Francs 2020 – Francs Côtes-de-Bordeaux 

On the nose, elegant, racy and it offers depth, power (in finesse/excellence) and a certain concentration. Notes of wild cassis, violet and more slightly bright blueberry associated with hints of iris, morello cherry, madagascar pepper, fine hint of the zan and nutmeg. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, freshness, fat, good definition, gourmandize, richness and some juiciness/tension. On the palate, expressing pulpy/juicy blackberry, bright cherry and more lightly violet notes combined with touches of bright red currants, zan, bright blueberry as well as hints of racy minerality, camphor, sweet spice and a discreet hint of roast. A fine chew on the finish/persistence.
