The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers a fine power as well as a good finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of blackberry and cassis associated with small notes of ripe red berries as well as very discreet hints of liquorice. The palate is fruity, precise, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, a good definition, a fine suavity, a small straightness, a good juiciness, a very discreetly tight grain as well as a good structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / ripe cassis, juicy / ripe blackberry and small notes of juicy / ripe wild berries (berries, raspberry) associated with discreet hints of licorice (in the background) as well as a very discreet hint of almond and toasted / coffee. Tannins are elegant and well-built. Good length. Presence of very discreet hints of chocolate on the end of mouth / persistence. An easy-drinking wine.
