The nose is fruity and offers a beautiful freshness. It reveals notes of candied pear, candied peach and small notes of candied lemon associated with touches of flowers, exotic fruits as well as discreet hints of nuts/exotic fruits and a discreet hint of almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good freshness, tension, an acidulous frame, a very fine perlant as well as an small aerial side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied pear, candied peach and small notes of candied lemon associated with small touches of lemon caviar, zests, exotic fruits as well as a subtle hint of sucklehoney, nuts, apricot and a very discreet hint of honey.
