Les Trois Canons de la Bridane 2022 – Saint-Julien

The nose is peppery, spicy and offers a certain intensity and depth. It expresses notes of blackberry, gray pepper and more slightly – dry gravel associated with touches of small black berries as well as discreet hints of sap, bergamot and has a subtle hint of vanilla in the background. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, tension, juiciness, a certain aromatic purity and depth. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, small dense/ripe black berries and more slightly – bigarreau cherry associated with touches of violet and pepper, as well as hints of tonka bean, tobacco and a hint cardamom. The tannins are supple and elegant, precise, with a lovely sapid and gourmand persistence.
