Les Rocailles 2021 – Chignin Bergeron

The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is juicy and aromatic. It expresses notes of ripe lemon,apricot, yellow peach, grated orange zest, green apple, associated with touches of acacia, honeysuckle,as well as a hint of fresh bitter almond. The palate is silky and savoury/ it expresses delicate, slightly sweet notes of honey and beeswax, combined with flavors of apricot, lemon, white peach, acacia, honeysuckle and orange zest, as well as with a slight bitterness of grapefruit in the background. The finish is rather persistent and fresh, with a supple but balanced acidity and a slight bitterness.
