Les Raisins de la Colère 2021 – Bordeaux Supérieur

(No sulphites added) The nose is fruity. There are notes of fleshy/crushed blackberry, strawberry and more lightly of fleshy/flavoured red berries combined with delicate touches of star anise and a discreet hint of fresh lily. The palate is fruity and reveals accuracy, freshness, minerality and a mineral backbone. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, pulpy/juicy raspberry and, more slightly, fresh/pulpy cherry, combined with fine touches of fresh/sparkling black berries, as well as fine hints of tobacco, a subtle touch of star anise and sweet spices. The tannins are supple.
