Les Hauts de Smith  2016 – Pessac-Léognan

Les Hauts de Smith  2016 – Pessac-Léognan

The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers a slight gourmandise. It reveals notes of ripe lemon and slight notes of ripe mandarin associated with a discreet hint of pineapple and a very discreet hint of pear. The palate is fruity (beautiful gourmand fruit), well-balanced, harmonious and offers a beautiful fat, a bright side, a slight acide frame, tension as well as a beautiful and slightly unctuous matter. In the mouth this wine expresses touches of pineapple and small notes of ripe citrus associated with slight hints of Quenette as well as slight notes of yellow fruits and oak (that bring roundness). Good persistence. A gourmand, well-built and easy-drinking wine. Good wine !
