The nose is aromatic, elegant and offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of ripe strawberry and ripe red berries associated with hints of undergrowth as well as very discreet hints of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, ample and offers a nice definition, fatness and suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, ripe /juicy strawberry and hints of cassis associated with discreet hints of minerality, mocha, wood and fine notes of chocolate / sweet spices on the finish.
