The nose is fruity and offers a fine concentration as well as a good definition. It reveals notes of lemon zests, crunchy apple, small notes of fresh quince associated with small touches of fleshy/juicy nectarine, lemon flowers as well as a subtle hint of peach flowers, mandarin flowers and an imperceptible hint of white pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, fullness, suavity, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a fine intensity and a small controlled richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy lemon, crunchy peach, small notes of acidulous/crunchy green apple associated with touches of peach flowers, verbena, lime zests as well as fine hints of lemon flowers, almond and a subtle hint of toasted/vanilla (in the background).
