The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful fat, a mineral frame, a fine acidulous as well as a beautiful freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh ripe lemon, fresh/juicy vine peach and small notes of quenette associated with a touch of fresh apple and discreet toasted hints (in the background). Good length. A beautiful gourmandise and a beautiful persistence.
