The nose is fruity and elegant. It offers richness, power in control and expresses notes of pulpy/juicy white peach, fresh lychee and more lightly – crushed apple associated with touches of fresh mirabelle plum, as well as hints of white flowers, fine dots of exotic fruits, butter, flint, toasted, toasted hazelnut and fine hints of vanilla. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, tension, precision, a tangy structure, energy, a lovely elegant roundness, precision, a nice stretched side, nice work on the bitter. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy peach, pulpy/juicy lychee and more slightly – crushed quénette, associated with touches of ripe lemon, as well as hints of zest and fine hints of butter, racy bass. as well as fine hints of toasted hazelnut and a subtle hint of almost maceration/lees.
