The nose is fine, elegant, racy, harmonious and offers concentration (but full of finesse) as well as racy minerality. It reveals notes of wild cassis, wild strawberry, gravels and Sichuan pepper combined with slight / discreet hints of violet, incense, spices, a very discreet toasted hint (in the background) as well as an imperceptible hint of cardamom and almond (in the background). The mouth is fruity, well-built and offers a nice volume, a beautiful definition, a beautiful freshness, a slight acid frame, fat, a beautiful structure, delicacy as well as a beautiful and silky matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy blackberries, crunchy wild strawberry, redcurrant and slight notes of cassis, plum associated with a hint of tobacco, licorice, toasted touches as well as an imperceptible touch of tea. Tannins are well-built and very slightly chewy. Good length. There are a slight hint of caramelization / crushed almond as well as an imperceptible hint of cocoa on the persistence (brings gourmandise).
