It reveals notes of small citrus, quince and small notes of racy minerality associated with fine touches of lychee, apple blossom as well as a discreet hint of apple and an imperceptible hint of Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a juicy frame, a beautiful juicy / acidulous fruit, fat, suavity, tension, a beautiful definition as well as racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe / juicy lemon, ripe / juicy pink grapefruit and small notes of ripe / juicy vine peach associated with fine touches of exotic fruits, vanilla flowers / white flowers as well as discreet toasted hints. Good length and persistence.
