Le O de Saikouk 2015 – Haut-Médoc

Le O de Saikouk 2015 – Haut-Médoc

The nose is aromatic, gourmand and offers a fine elegant. It reveals notes of toasted oak, vanilla, toast and blackberry combined with slight touches of fleshy wild strawberry, redcurrant as well as a touch of chocolate (in the background). The mouth is fresh, well-balanced, well defined and offers a nice freshness, a slight fat and gourmandise. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, fresh raspberry and ripe red berries associated with slight touches of toasted oak / toast as well as a discreet touch of licorice and a hint of vanilla on the finish. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length and persistence. There is a very discreet hint of salinity on the persistence.
