LE MESNIL Héritage Blanc de Blancs

LE MESNIL Héritage Blanc de Blancs

Nice compact and persistent foam with fine bubbles. The color is intense, lemon gold. The nose is fresh and fruity with a touch of wood. It’s intense with, in particular, exotic fruits such as pineapple and orchard fruits such as apple. The nose is pleasant. Gradually we have a minty freshness that comes to accompany the basil and rosemary flowers. It’s pure. The mouth is fresh and direct on the yellow apple and the hoop of walnuts. We perceive a little bitterness and a slight salinity. The finish is on the peach, the apple seed and the mushroom that accompanies the umami. The bubbles are fine, chalky. The finish is ample with a hint of vanilla.
