In 47 hectares in Franciacorta not so far from the Iseo Lake, the Batta family produce sparkling wines very personal and respectful of the raw material, exploiting the best and modern technology. This cuvée, after 54 months on the yeast, is very expressive with notes of linden, honey and sweet spices. The palate, is round, creamy, with tension and sapidity. Great persistence in an after taste with herbal tonic.
