The nose is fruity, elegant, gourmand and offers a small power, precision as well as a beautiful fine grain. It reveals notes of very ripe blackberry, very ripe strawberry and small notes of dry flowers (violet, cornflower) associated with fine hints of crushed blueberry, liquorice as well as a very discreet hint of clove, cardamom and a very discreet hint of grey pepper. The palate is elegant, fruity and offers a good definition, gourmandize as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy red cherry, fleshy/juicy raspberry and small notes of blueberry associated with touches of blackberry as well as fine hints of tonka bean, toasted/caramelization, toasted hazelnut and tea/cardamom. Tannins are well-built.
