The nose is relatively aromatic. It reveals notes of flowers (iris, violet) and slight notes of blackberry associated with hints of redcurrants jam, discreet hints of spices and a subtle hint of Sichuan pepper. The mouth is fruity, fine, mineral, nicely made (lace!), well-balanced and offers a fine acid frame, a nice roundness as well as suavity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry and cassis associated with slight hints of blueberry, crushed raspberry as well as a discreet hint of Sichuan pepper and subtle hints of spices. Good length. There is a very discreet hint of coconut on the finish.
