Le Blanc du Beau-Père 2021 – Bordeaux

Le Blanc du Beau-Père 2021 – Bordeaux

The nose is fresh and elegant. There are notes of pulpy/juicy nectarine, pulpy apple and, more slightly, fresh citrus fruits combined with fine, almost saline touches and a discreet minerality. The palate is fruity and offers a nice freshness, roundness, juiciness, a nice acidic backbone, a fine airiness in the approach, a certain delicacy and a racy minerality. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy apple, fleshy/juicy pear and, more slightly, quince, combined with touches of lemon and a subtle hint of lychee. A discreet hint of positive bitterness on the finish/persistence. A subtle hint of sweet yuzu on the finish/persistence. Good length.
