The nose is fruity, aromatic, fine and relatively powerful. It reveals notes of caramel, Bourbon vanilla and raisin associated with small notes of citrus as well as a fine touch of mirabelle plum and fine touches of spice. The palate is fat, round, soft, sleek, finely gourmande and offers suavity and a nice matter. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of caramel, Bourbon vanilla, crêpe, raisin, candied lemon and fine notes of candied orange zests associated with fine notes of cocoa oak (very discreet) and vanilla. Good length, harmony and gourmandise. The finish is suave, gourmande and round. Beautiful and fruity persistence.
