The palate is fruity and offers suavity, a small fat, gourmandize, a fine unctuosity as well as elegance, a fine grain, gourmandize, a fine fleshiness, a beautiful matter and a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of creamy blackberry, crushed wild strawberry, small notes of small bright black fruits associated with a touch of black plum cocoa, caramelization, toasted, fine hints of hot black olive, nutmeg, discreet hints of sense of the place and vanilla pod (in the background). Tannins are precise. A beautiful wine full of balance, elegance and generosity.
