On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/ juicy cherry, bright plum and small notes of patinated wild strawberry associated with touches of cornflower, cherry blossom as well as a subtle hint of moka, tonka beans and a subtle hint almost discreetly orangy (in the background). Supple and racy tannins. Beautiful length and definition. A beautiful chew on the finish/ persistence. Beautiful gourmand, chewy and sapid persistence. Beautifuly textured side.
