It reveals notes of dried zest, caramelized clementine and small notes of dried peach associated with fine touches of dried apple as well as fine hints of lemon / quenette, Timut pepper, very slight hints of white flowers and a discreet hint of vanilla. The mouth is fruity, elegant and offers minerality, freshness, a fine gourmandize, a small fat, tension, a fine unctuosity, a good precision as well as a fine and very discreetly tight grain. In the mouth this Armagnac expresses notes of marmalade, crushed apple and small notes of pear associated with fine touches of jammy lemon, dried lemon zest as well as slight hints of vanilla, light tobacco and an imperceptible hint caramelization.
