(Bottled in : 10/2021. 40%) The nose is aromatic and offers gourmandize as well as a fine creaminess. It reveals notes of caramelized apple, stewed peach and small notes of caramelized mandarin associated with small touches of cedar, dried zest, a hint of dried fruit, dried white flowers as well as hints of Bourbon vanilla clove and a subtle hint of peat (in the background). The palate is mineral, elegant, fruity and offers volume, a beautiful matter, a beautiful definition, finesse, elegance, a fine creaminess as well as a beautiful aerial side in its richness / in its matter. On the palate, this Armagnac expresses notes of caramelized apple, crushed / jammy small white fruits and small notes of caramelization associated with touches of crystallized mandarin, pâtisseries, hints of toasted almonds, nutmeg as well as a subtle hint of vanilla cream and a discreet almost coconut hint (in the background).
