Landaire – Tempranillo 2015 – Padthaway

The nose is aromatic, fruity and fat. It reveals notes of red berries, raspberry and discreet notes of cassis associated with notes of dark chocolate / cocoa as well as a discreet note of cedar and licorice. The palate is fruity, gourmande, quite elegant, well built, racy and offers minerality, fat, a good density, a small acid frame in the background (discreet) as well as a silky and fleshy matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of red berries, blackberries and a hint of cherry associated with fine spicy notes as well as a few discreet oaky notes. Good length.
