The nose is fine, elegant, precise, slightly velvety and beautifully powerful. It reveals slight notes of fresh yellow peach, a discreet hint of fresh apricot and hints of spices associated with slight notes of rancio, a slight hint of caramelization, vanilla a discreet woody hint/roasting as well as a subtle hint of dried fruits, an imperceptible hint of Sichuan pepper and violet (after aeration/work in the glass). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight freshness, a very beautiful precision, a very beautiful structure, roundness, suavity as well as finesse. In the mouth this Armagnac expresses slight notes of peach and candied citrus (lemon, hint of clementine) associated with discreet hints of apple, hints of rancio, caramelization as well as subtle hints of spices, woody hints, vanilla and caramelized oak. Good length.
