The nose is fine, elegant, charming, racy and offers a beautiful power. It reveals slight notes of peach, dried fig, nectarine and almond associated with a hint of dried flowers, leather, terroir, a subtle hint of flowers as well as a discreet hint of spices, yellow peach, honey and an imperceptible hint of pepper. The palate is suave, gourmand and offers a beautiful finesse, a beautiful structure, tension, a beautiful definition, a beautiful suavity/gourmandise as well as a beautiful balance. In the mouth this Armagnac expresses slight notes of Zante currant puree, compoted peach and slight hints of rancio, caramelization associated with discreet woody hints, a subtle hint of almond as well as a discreet toasted hint/rancio. Beautiful gourmandise and finesse.
