This rosé has a pretty light pink gold color, limpid and bright. The first nose is fresh with notes of apple but also of quenette and candied lemon. With air, it’s a little more vinous, mineral, smoky with hints of juicy orange and discreet peach. The wine is fresh and tangy. On the attack we perceive some touches of mushroom but also of quenette and mirabelle plum. The acidity is salivating. The mid-palate is more on citrus zest. The finish has very light notes of apple and fresh hazelnut.
