In Montespertoli, the new project of the Bagnoli family, which from the Sammontana ice creams, has been dedicating itself to wine for some years, aiming at organic. In Val di Botte in the Chianti area, we find 20 hectares of Sangiovese and Trebbiano, surrounded by woods. The holm oak, chosen as logo, is declined for women to pay homage to the pink component that distinguishes the company. This Cantagrillo is truthful, with good ageing potential; the sip is substantial and has good acidity. Excellent for dining with even more structured dishes.
