The nose is aromatic, elegant, gourmand and deep. It reveals notes of blackberry, violet and fine notes of cassis associated with discreet hints of raspberry / wild red fruits as well as hints of chocolate, a discreet hint of roasting and an imperceptible hint of olive. The mouth is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, nicely round, well defined, silky and offers a nice suavity, fat, a fine tension as well as a fine / beautiful acid frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of redcurrants / red berries, crushed cherry and discreet hints of wild strawberry, cassis associated with a discreet hint of blackberry, a toasted hint, saline minerality / graphite as well as a very discreet hint of coffee and an imperceptible hint of olive / olive tree.
