The nose is fruity and offers a maceration side / aromas typical of orange wines. It reveals notes of quince, dried orange zest and small notes of olive leaf associated with small touches of fresh physalis, slight hints of mango as well as a very discreet hint of curry, dried apricot and fresh rosemary. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, a beautiful balance, an acidulous frame as well as minerality. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of physalis, dried orange and small notes of mandarin associated with touches of small yellow fruits, rosemary, a subtle hint almost of fresh saffron as well as a discreet saline/iodized hint, curry, dried apricot and an imperceptible hint of olive leaf. Beautiful harmony, gourmandize and a small melodious side in the mouth.
