The wine is ruby colored, shiny and limpid. The first nose is very aromatic on black fruits with blackcurrant. There is also blackcurrant leaf and a touch of cactus flower. A smoky side also emerges. With aeration, all the herbs from Provence appear very clearly: thyme and rosemary without forgetting the sage which is very present. The palate is aromatic. We find sage with a lime zest side. There is also blackcurrant. The mouth is faithful to the nose with the additional structure provided by smooth but present tannins. There is also a little toasted side that appears at the end of the mouth. The finish is fresh with cherry and leather.
