The nose is elegant, flattering / aromatic, gourmand and offers a fine power as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, ripe strawberry and small notes of minerality (gravels), ripe blackberry associated with fine touches of liquorice, fleshy small red fruits, caramelization, toasted, a discreet hint of green pepper as well as an imperceptible hint of almond, tea and cocoa (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral / acidulous frame, tension, straightness, dynamism, a beautiful freshness / delicacy, precision, roundness / suavity and finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / ripe cassis, juicy / ripe strawberry and small notes of juicy / ripe blackberry combined with touches of graphite / minerality, raspberry, caramelization as well as hints of cocoa / roasting and an imperceptible hint of cornflower. Tannins are elegant. Good length.
