La Cave d’Azé – Chardonnay 2016 – Bourgogne

The nose is fresh and offers a small concentration as well as a small fruitiness. It reveals notes of brugnon, pear and small notes of apple associated with a touch of citrus as well as a discreet touch of zest, flint and white flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine mineral frame, suavity, a small tension as well as a fine juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy nectarine, pear, apple and small notes of a quenette associated with fine touches of ripe lemon, tangerine and a very discreet touch of zest. Good length.
