The nose is a bit tight and offers a fine concentration. The wine needs to be put in a carafe. It reveals notes of blackberry, wild cassis and small notes of violet associated with fine touches of fleshy / ripe cherry, a fine hint of local grove as well as very fine hints of spices and an imperceptible Cuben pepper hint (in the background). The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame as well as a fine suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy raspberry, cherry fleshy / juicy and small notes of small red berries combined with juicy blackberry buttons, to fine hints of violet, nutmeg, sweet spices as well as a hint of cardamom and black olive. Fine straightness on the finish.
