It reveals notes of crunchy cassis, cassis leaf and wild red berries associated with discreet touches of licorice, blackberry, gray pepper and an imperceptible touch of liquorice stick. The palate is juicy, well-balanced, harmonious and offers a beautiful freshness, an acid frame, gourmandize, crunchiness, a fine fat, a fine suavity, precision, a good structure as well as a fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy cassis, ripe / juicy redcurrants, fresh strawberry and small touches of cassis leaf, fresh lily associated with discreet touches of licorice, toasted almond as well as a very discreet / imperceptible toasted hint, tonka bean and tea (in the background). Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length.
