The nose reveals notes of ripe lemon, pineapple and slight notes of ripe peach, apple associated with a subtle hint of quince, beeswax as well as a very discreet hint of almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a slight mineral frame, finesse, a slight freshness, a good juiciness, a small fat as well as a certain elegance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of a compoted flat peach, pear and slight notes of of passion fruits associated with a touch of quenette as well as a very discreet / imperceptible hint of mandarine (in the background). Good length.
