The nose is fruity and offers a fine minerality. It reveals notes of ripe lemon, juicy/ripe yellow plum and small notes of quince associated with very fine touches of mandarin flowers as well as a hint of fresh zests, fresh quince and fine hints of flint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, a good definition, suavity, tension, gourmandize as well as a fleshy/juicy/generous fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/juicy citrus (lemon, mandarin), fresh zests and small notes of crunchy green apple associated with very fine touches of acidulous yellow plum as well as fine hints of white flowers. Good length and persistence.
