The nose is fresh and offers a certain harmony, a fine minerality, a good definition as well as a small richness. It reveals notes of crystallized quince, dry lemon, small notes of small candied yellow fruits associated with a touch of pear in syrup as well as fine hints of honey, spices and an imperceptible hint of cardamom. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, freshness, juiciness as well as an acidulous frame, dynamism and a small richness. On the palate this Porto expresses notes of candied quince, crystallized lemon, small notes of candied brugnon associated with small touches of yellow apple, small dry yellow fruits as well as fine hints of nougatine, fresh hazelnut, pineapple in syrup and an imperceptible hint of butter (in the background).
