The nose is aromatic, gourmand, fruity and offers a fine structure. It reveals notes of strawberry, violet and slight notes of cassis associated with touches of liquorice, subtle toasted hints / vanilla, dark chocolate (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of bell pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful tension, gourmandise, a beautiful acid frame, a nice density, a slight freshness, a beautiful grain, a beautiful structure as well as finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, juicy blackberry and slight notes of strawberry associated with slight touches of caramelized oak, raspberry, a very discreet hint of salinity (in the middle of the mouth) as well as subtle touches of dark chocolate / cocoa and a very discreet hint of vanilla / coconut. Tannins are fine, well-built and very slightly firm. Good length.
