(80% Pinot Blanc, 20% Chardonnay) The nose is fruity, fresh, relatively aromatic and relatively elegant. It reveals notes of lemon, quince and slight notes of peach associated with touches of apricot and slight notes of sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well done and offers a small tension. The effervescence is fine and well conducted. In the mouth this Crémant expresses notes of lemon and mandarin combined with slight notes of nectarine, quince, Brugnon as well as a touch of sweet spices and a discreet note of brioche. Good length.
