The nose is fruity, elegant and offers gourmandise, freshness as well as a (very) slight richness. It reveals notes of lemon and white flowers / lemon blossoms associated with small touches of racy minerality, zest as well as discreet hints of spices and an imperceptible touch of gray pepper. The palate is fruity, beautifully gourmande, suave, well-built, precise and offers juiciness, a beautiful definition, delicacy as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, ripe peach and quenette / passion fruit associated with discreet touches of mandarin, crushed pear, racy minerality as well as discreet hints of flowers and an imperceptible hint of spices. Good length.
