The palate is fruity, juicy, mineral, well-balanced and offers a fine freshness, tension, fleshiness, an acid frame as well as a fine unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed wild strawberry, fleshy cherry and small notes of crushed redcurrants combined with small touches of minerality as well as fine touches of eucalyptus, garrigue, liquorice, chocolate and spices.
