Jerôme Arnoux – Crémant du Jura ZD (Zéro Dosage) Blanc de Blanc 2018-13%

This crémant is clear and shiny with a very pale straw yellow color. The nose is intense with tropical fruity notes with passion fruit but also pink grapefruit. We have citrus fruits with citron and crunchy green apple. It is very delicate and light on the nose, airy like lace. The palate is fine with a tasty attack with fresh fruit but also dried fruits which gradually arrive in the mid-palate. We find citrus fruits with good bitters. The whole remains discreet and delicate. The finish is very long with a beautiful aromatic intensity and above all this umami side which gives volume to the tasting.
