The nose is racy and offers a certain complexity as well as a good maturity of the fruit. There are notes of yellow fruits, smoke and, to a lesser extent, nutmeg, combined with fine touches of fleshy berries, a discreet hint of toast and an imperceptible hint of pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, delicacy in its aroma/material, a fine acidic backbone, volume and energy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fleshy/pulpy kumquat, fleshy/juicy mirabelle plum and more slightly sour yellow peach, combined with fine touches of sour apple and toasted almond and toast. Nice acidity, sapidity and tension on the finish/persistence.
