The nose is fruity, concentrated and juicy. There are notes of quince, crunchy mirabelle plum and more slightly of pulpy/juicy gooseberry as well as discrete hints of apple. The palate is fruity and reveals juiciness, minerality, energy, a certain richness of fruit, structure, fatness and a very fine unctuousness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy mirabelle plum, kumquat and more slightly nuances of yellow fruits combined with touches of apple as well as a very discreet hint of almost mango and white flowers. Good length. A subtle hint of almond oil/almond seed on the finish/persistence. Nice fresh nutty persistence on the finish.
