The nose is aromatic, racy and finely powerful. It reveals notes of brioche / toasted notes, quince and small yellow fruits / mirabelle plums combined with hints of crushed Williams pear, almonds and a very discreet hint of beeswax. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built and offers gourmandise, a good acidity, juiciness, a very fine unctuosity, tension and finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon, mandarin paste and pear associated with touches of quince, peach as well as fine hints of honey, brioche and a subtle hint of zest on the aftertaste / persistence. Good length and good persistence.
